Belgium is one of the underdogs in this tournament but they will try to continue the winning streak after winning all 3 matches at group stages. Anyway finally some good news for USA coach Jurgen Klinsmann. Jozy Altidore is fit for this game and he is expected to start from the first minute. It seems that Dempsey will play alongside him at the same line at attack after Klinsmann returning a 4-4-2. USa got no injuries or suspension problems for tonight.
