As usually on the last day and the last hours of the transfer window football clubs make a lot of transfers. From Premier league to Italy and Serie A, German Bundesliga, French La Liga, or the Spanish La Liga, a lot of players have changed their clubs. This is the Full recap of the Transfer Deadline Day with focus on the “big names”

The English clubs most than the others tend to sign big football names in the last hour. After poor start in their new Premier league campaign, Louis Van Gaal wanted to get rid of few players on which he doesnt count and to sign more quality players. From before, Man Utd have signed Di Maria from Real Madrid, Rojo from Sporting , Herrera and Luke Shaw and yet the Red Devils made a lot of business on the last day of the transfer window.

From AS Monaco on a 1-year loan has come the Columbian striker Radamel Falcao . This deal was rumoured for the last few hours as the close one, but an official confirmation came in 01:30 in the morning.
From Ajax as hinted this month, Van Gaal’s wish landed to Man Utd as Daley Blind signed for the Reds.
Old Trafford have left the Mexican Chicharito whom joined the Spanish Real Madrid on 1-year loan with the option for the Los Blancos to buy the player outright.

Arsenal was linked with many names in the last few days, especially in the attack, after Giroud’s injury. From Cavani to Falcao as their wishes , the Gunners boss, Arsene Wenger decided to sign Man Utd and England International striker Danny Welbeck for a €20 million fee.

Premier league

From the reigning champion, Man City, Alvaro Negredo who lost his place in the first team joined the Spanish side, Valencia on a season-long loan deal, while right-back Micah Richards switched England with Italy and joined the Serie A side Fiorentina on a Loan .Yesterday Chelsea signed Loic Remy from QPR (£8.5m) . Tottenham’s Midfielder Sandro on a loan joined the QPR with Niko Kranjcar also boosting Redknapp’s team. After failing to sign Morgan Schneiderlin from Southampton, Tottenham have signed the midfielder from Montpellier, Stambouli.

As for the Saints after many departures from the club and many new faces, Southampton on the last day signed Sadio Mane from Red Bull Salzburg (£10m) and loaned Toby Alderweireld from La Liga champion Atletico Madrid.

Newcastle United loaned Hatem Ben Arfa to Hull City while West Ham United signed the 29-year-old Amalfitano from Marseille and loaned Alex Song from Barcelona. From Inter Milan Sunderland loaned Ricardo Álvarez on a season long deal as well as Coates from Liverpool.

Hull City signed Hull sign Diame from West Ham and on a record high transfer fee the striker from Palermo Abel Hernandez while Crystal Palace sign ed Fryers. Burnely signed striker George Boyd from Hull City. Norwich City bought Vadis Odjidja-Ofoe from Club Brugge KV

As for the other leagues, there wasnt so much big signings, only departures. In Serie A Fallen giant AC Milan from before loaned Fernando Torres & Marco van Ginkel from Chelsea and signed a new striker Jonathan Biabiany from Parma . From Torino Atletico Madrid signed Cerci, as mentioned above, Palermo striker Abel Hernandez has signed for the EPL side, Hull City. Fiorentina landed two Croats, Ricardo Bagadur from Rijeka and Milan Badelj from HSV.

Napoli bought midfieder from Espanyol David López, Roma landed defender Jose Holebas from Olympiakos. Udinese sold the GK Francesco Benussi to Hellas Verona and signed Sao Paolo midfielder Lucas Evangelista, while Verona loaned Frederik Sorensen from Juventus. Earlier from Inter Milan , Esteban Cambiasso joined the Premier league side, Leicester City. Marco Marchionni switched from Parma to Sampdoria while Sampdoria sold defender Andrea Costa to Parma .

Napoli sold Pandev to Galatasaray and their striker Camillo Ciano to Parma which loaned the player to Crotone. Juventus loaned Paolo De Ceglie to Parma. Torino bought new defender, it’s Bruno Peres from Santos. As for the hottest deal which was rumored lately a lot, Vidal to Man Utd, the Chilean midfielder remained in Italy as Juventus rejected all offers.

Sevilla signed Stéphane M’Bia from QPR on a free transfer and the same did Deportivo who signed Hélder Postiga. Jonathan Viera from Valencia joined the Belgium side, Standard on a free transfer. José Cañas switched the EPL side Swansea City with Espanyol, Granada signed defender Luís Martins from Gil Vicente.

Bundesliga & Ligue 1 clubs didnt made any big signings on the last day of the transfer window while earlier Xabi Alonso from Real Madrid joined the Bavarians giant Bayern Munich and the Japanese Kagawa
re-signed for Borussia Dortmund from Man Utd.
