Barcelona started the new Liga BBVA season very authoritative as in the first eight rounds have not lost or even conceded a goal while in the meantime the Catalans grabbed seven wins and drew only once. It was against Malaga 0-0.

In the Champions League they lost the game in France against PSG who played without Ibrahimovic, and the first problems started to rise. Suarez returned after serving suspension which was a good news for the Catalans , but the El Clasico encounter turned things into another direction. Real Madrid celebrated a 3-1 win despite going behind early in the game, and Barcelona lost the next game at home against Celta.

While the result did shocked the Camp Nou, Barca looked much better, and have had plenty of opportunities. In the last round against Almeria ,Barca after going behind in the last 20 minutes managed to grab a 2-1 win thanks to Suarez who came in from the bench and his two assists. This time Enrique wont mix the first team, and the only concers are Andres Iniesta, Jeremy Mathieu (both calf) and Rafinha (thigh) while Sergi Roberto is ready after recovering from a groin problem.

Barcelona probable lineup : Bravo – Dani Alves, Mascherano, Pique, Jordi Alba – Busquets, Rakitić, Xavi – Suarez, Messi, Neyma

Despite selling their first name last season, Ivan Rakitic, Sevilla is doing more or less the same. Led by a brilliant coach, Unai Emery, Sevilla currently sit on the fifth, and with a win Sevilla could surpass Barca. The bad thing for Sevilla, is the bad record against the top clubs this season. Defeat to Atletico Madrid and the home draw against Valencia. The recent form also is not so good, and while in Europa league they are doing fine, the last week home draw to Levante and a 1-0 away defeat to Athletic Bilbao have put Sevilla in mini-crisis, and the bad time to get out of it as on another side stands Barcelona against who Sevilla didn’t take any points in the last five games.

Since Sevilla are playing in mutual competitions, Emery is changing the first lineup to rest some players, but for the derby game he will send from the first minute the best he can. The good news is that Stephane Mbia is available to return after serving suspension.

Sevilla probable lineup : Beto – Coke, Pareja, Carrico, Tremoulinas – Krychowiak, Banega – Vitolo, Deulofeu, D.Suarez – Bacca
