The Tottenham striker has expressed his delight of receiving his first call up to play for his nation, England. Harry Kane is one of the 26 players that will face Lithuania and Italy.

England manager Roy Hodgson has revealed the squad that will face Lithuania and Italy on the end of March, and alongside Kane there are some other notable names like Welbeck, Rooney or Sturridge.

Harry Kane has scored 26 goals for Tottenham this season so far, also he did win the “Player of the Month” award twice this year. The striker has expressed his delight at his twitter account : “”Huge honour to be called up to the England squad! Very proud day for me and my family! Thank you all for the kind messages!”

Kane, who’s having a great season with his club, has scored to 4 different youth levels with England. The 21 years old will probably be line up against Lithuania in a Euro 2016 qualifier on March 27. If not, Kane will be playing on March 31 against Italy in a friendly match.
