All transfer news and deals which were agreed and done until today, on the first day of the transfer window have been and officially completed.

According to Transfermarkt, until noon all over the world 7,471 players have changed their clubs, and the total compensation which was paid for all those players is up to 1.1 billion euros.

Of course, that most of this amount have spennt the clubs within the top five European leagues, almost 700 million euros (692,820,000) and from the top five leages the most have spent the Italians.

The Italians so far have splashed more than 248.37 million euros, Spaniards 212.6 million, the English clubs have so far spent ‘only’ 117 300 000, but there is not doubt that as usualy after the end of this summer transfer window, Premier league clubs will spend the most. In Germany 83.2 million euros was spent for the new players while in France “only” 31,150,000.

As to the individual transfers, the largest transfer fee was of Jackson Martinez for whom Atletico Madrid have payed 35 million euros. The next is Paulo Dybala and his transfer from Palermo to Juventus, Danilo, Geoffrey Kondogbia, and so on …
