What a game! What a beauty! Barca in a dramatic match have won the UEFA Super Cup trophy with a total of 5-4. Pedro was the man who scored the winner in extra time.

Sevilla took an early lead already in the third minute from a free kick. It was Banega who curves the ball past Ter Stegen. Despite an early shock for Barca the Catalans hit back, twice as Lionel Messi bags two free kick goals in space of just 8th minutes. Rafinha in the last minute of the first half puts Barca in control with a 3-1 lead, but in the second half, Sevilla pulls a comeback despite conceding once more, making a total of 4-1 for Barca. Reyes reduced the score to 4-2 in the 57th minute while Gameiro scored for 4-3. In this moments Sevilla went All In and that approach worked well as Konoplyanka struck for 4-4 on Immobile’s assist sending the game to extra-time.

In extra time Pedro who most likely is switching his team this summer proves to be the man for Barca. Pedro entered the game in the 92nd minute while five minutes before the end of the extra time he smashed home the loose ball, which previously Beto rebounded from Messi’s attempt!
