West Ham United manager Slaven Bilic denied reports linking him to Turkish club Fenerbahce ahead of their trip to English Premier League leaders Leicester

Slaven Bilic, West Ham United manager (on Wednesday’s FA Cup exit to Manchester United):
“It was a huge disappointment because we wanted to go through, we wanted to win the cup, to go to Wembley to play semi-finals but we didn’t do it. And of course we are disappointed and the players are but we are in a great position in the league, we have everything to play for. We have six games, we are totally motivated and it starts against Leicester now. We want to finish high, it is a few weeks of our life and we have to do everything we can.”

(on Dimitri Payet being nominated for PFA Players’ Player of the Year award):
“Of course it’s a great thing for him and it’s a great thing for the club because that’s also the proof that not only him but the whole club is playing good and we are having a good season. And he made, as you said or I said so many times and everybody agrees, that he has made a great impact not only for West Ham but for the league, so he deserved it..”

(on speculation linking him to Fenerbahce):
“No, no, no, no. I have many friends in Turkey but that’s…I am happy here. And when it comes to Turkey, OK, Fenerbahce is a big club, they are a massive club of course but in Turkey there is only one club for me and that’s Besiktas and that’s it.”
