President of Borussia Dortmund, Hans-Joachim Watzke, was not lying when he told fans that this summer he intends to spend a fortune so Borussia Dortmund can remain at the top. The club has signed a 5-year deal with Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang (24), now the former striker Saint-Étienne, and the new one of Borussia Dortmund in last season enrolled 19 goals and 11 assists.

Borussia has officially confirmed that the striker with a nickname Spiderman, who in 32 appearances for the national team of Gabon scored 11 goals, signed for five years, and although compensation has not been officially confirmed, the German and French media reported of a 13 million euro fee. It is definitely a great deal for St. Etienne, since the attacker was bought from AC Milan last year only for a 1.8 million euros.

Aubameyang is the second player which the Millionares sign this summer. The first one was a defender from Werder Bremen Sokratis Papastathopoulos, and the third could be Shakhtar Donetsk´s Henrikh Mkhitaryan, otherwise great a wish of Liverpool’s coach Brendan Rodgers.
