After trashing Manchester United at the Old Trafford with a convincing 3-0 win, The Reds travel to Cardiff where Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s men awaits them hoping to take an advantage from any complacency which might have Suarez & company. Brendan Rodgers is aware of that and he calls for focus, knowing that the only by step-to-step Liverpool can win the so wanted title.

“The focus has been purely on Cardiff City, that’s been our world this week,” said Rodgers

“We had a wonderful performance at Old Trafford, but there hasn’t been any talk of the title. We’re just enjoying how we’re playing.

“The run-in for us is the next game. We have tough games right through, starting with a very tough game against Cardiff. We can speak about the run-in when it’s over.”

While the home side , which sits on 19th place is in a need of win and hopes to repeat a home win like against Fulham, two weeks ago, the second placed Liverpool FC is on the second place having four points and the one game less than the leading Chelsea which plays against Arsenal in a derby game of the round. With Arsenal who has the same number of points like Liverpool and Man City who is on the fourth but with a 2 game less, the Reds from Liverpool cant suffer any point loss if they want to maintain their title chances alive.
