According to Dani Alves, former Barcelona star Pedro made the wrong decision to leave Barcelona and join the English Champions in August.

Chelsea paid £21million for the Spanish winger after almost joining Manchester United but has not quite impressed at Stamford Bridge.

Pedro who scored in his first appearance against West Brom is still struggling to lift Chelsea hopes of retaining the Premier League, while his former teammate Dani Alves has described Pedro’s move as “wrong decision”.

Davi Alves said, ‘I told Pedro he should have stayed at the team but too many people got involved,’ Alves said.

‘Had he stayed he would have been happy here but we don’t make the decisions. If we did I would want him to stay for years.’

Jose Mourinho’s Chelsea has played terrible since the start of the new season, losing four games already. Pedro quit Barcelona in the summer because of lack of playing time however, Pedro was happy with his move to Chelsea as he is playing under Jose Mourinho and tends to help Chelsea in the upcoming games.
