Barcelona manager Luis Enrique reflects on his side’s 2-0 win at BATE Borisov in the Champions League.
“We need participation (from the offensive line), especially when they are in attack. They can exchange passes in the middle but we have two defensive lines to overtake this job. We need this participation, like Neymar did, Leo (Messi) in other opportunities, or Luis (Suarez)…They can make the difference and it’s even better when it happens.
I’m very happy with their performances and the whole team in all the key aspects. Our attack and defence played well and we didn’t suffer any danger today. They played behind the ball and we needed to keep them under pressure. It was a good match, a great performance. Apart of needing many occasions to score, we did well.”
