“This club has become a part of my life,” said Lampard on a farewell from Chelsea for which he played 13 years and scored 211 goals and thus became the top scorer in the club’s history.

Lampard in Chelsea came in June, 2001. year and with the Blues he has won three league titles and the Champions League trophy in 2012th year. Since joining Chelsea from West Ham Lampard has enrolled 649 appearances and won four FA Cups, two League Cup’s and Europa League trophy as well.

Lampard is leaving the club after his contract expired, which was extended for one year in May last year.

It is not yet known whether Lampard will retire after the World Cup in Brazil, or accept one of the offers that he have. According to some report Lampard most likely will join the MLS and New York City who has just brought David Villa as the first player in club history.
