The new Brazil national football team coach Carlos Dunga has announced a list of the players on which he counts on for the friendly games against Colombia and Ecuador. To the delight of the Brazilian fans, as many as 11 players from a team that at the World Championships experienced a catastrophe to Germany were written off.
Of the 23 players who were registered for the World Cup, Dunga has called Neymar, David Luiz, Fernandinho Hulk, Oscar, Luiz Gustavo, Maicon, Ramires, Willian and goalkeeper Jefferson. On the list would probably be and the captain Tiago Silva, but is injured.
Dunga no longer counts on the goalkeeper Julio Cesar, defenders Marcelo, Dani Alves, Dante, Maxwell and Henrique, midfielder Hernanes and Paulinho and attackers Fred, Bernard and Jo.
Brazil plays against Colombia on September 5 in Miami and four days later against Ecuador in New Jersey.
