Italian football giant AC Milan announced that the club have agreed with Chelsea over the two-year loan of the Spanish attacker Fernando Torres (30). Torres still has to negotiate the terms under which he will leave London and move to Milan.

“Milan and Chelsea have agreed terms for a two-year loan of Fernando Torres. Transfer depends on whether Torres agree to the terms of AC Milan’s offer and passing the medical examination,” reported the Italian club AC Milan.

Chelsea this summer brought Diego Costa from Atletico Madrid and Didier Drogba returned from Galatasaray, meaning Torres has lost his place in the team, while Milan badly needed a striker as Mario Balotelli signed for Liverpool.

Torres to Chelsea arrived in January 2011 from Liverpool for 50 million pounds, but in the last three and a half years he didnt justified money spent for him.
