Angel di Maria could be contemplating a move to the Barclay Premier League after he admits that his future with Real Madrid is not certain. Manchester United and Arsenal have shown interest in the 26-year-old.

The Argentinean has been playing for Real Madrid since 2010 and has scored twenty-two goals in one hundred and twenty-four caps. Just this season in fact, he has made 26 assists and 11 goals, helping Real Madrid to win the Copa del Rey and the Champions League.

English giants – Manchester United and Arsenal have been keeping tabs on di Maria during the world cup, where he has started in all three victories of Argentina’s.

Once asked about his future, di Maria stated “I don’t know what’s going to happen with my career. I don’t want to know anything about my future right now.

“I’m focusing on my national team and not on what’s going on elsewhere,” he added.

“My team-mates and I don’t read or listen to all the things being said in the media.

“We’re just thinking about ourselves and the unity of the group.”

Di Maria’s next World Cup appearance is against Switzerland which will take place on Tuesday where Argentina will aim to qualify for the Quarter Final. Should di Maria start, it will be Di Maria’s 51st cap for Argentina, a huge feat only achieved by some.
