With his efforts in front of goal Ronaldo maintains to be the only Real Madrid player to score more than a goal per game. The two-time Ballon d’Or winner first scored an opener in 21st minute and in 74th minute he restored the lead for the Galacticos.
What’s interesting in this record for Ronaldo, is that he managed to do so in only three years with Real Madrid , while Puskas the same have done in 5 years. Further more, Ronaldo has player 25 games fewer than Puskas.
Cristiano Ronaldo’s next goal will move him even more up into fourth place in the club’s all-time top goalscorers list, where Santillana (290), Alfredo di Stefano (307) and Raul (323) are still ahead of him.
