Burnley FC sealed promotion back to the Premier League elite with a 2-0 victory over FA Cup holders Wigan Athletic at a fever-pitched Turf Moor.

Burnley FC footballers have won their place among the English elite clubs next season after winning 2-0 game at Turf Muir against Wigan Athletic. In 44th round, a home win was enough for Burnley to secure the second place in the Championship, having impossible to catch 8 points gap above the third, Derby County.
