The best Greek footballer and Olympiacos striker, the 25-year-old Kostantinos Mitroglou signed today for the English Premiership club Fulham, the news confirmed the London club.

Although financial terms of this transfer are not confirmed, it is believed that the Greeks gave Mitroglou to Fulham for 15 million euros. Mitroglou this season is the leading scorer of the Greek league with 14 goals, while in the Champions League he scored three, and his goals were crucial for Greece to qualify for the World Cup in Brazil. He began his career in the second team of Borussia Moenchengladbach and he played two other Greek clubs, Atromitos and Panionios.

Mitroglou filled the place of Dimitar Berbatov who joined the Ligue 1 club, AS Monaco. Regarding the players “IN” , the club from Craven Cottage landed the German Lewis Holtby from Tottenham Hotspurs on a loan.
