Glenn Hoddle, former England coach believes that Luis Suarez should receive a life time ban from football should he bite another player ever again.

Luis Suarez has been banned for four months following him biting Giorgo Chiellini in the World Cup game against Italy.

The former England coach believes that Suarez should receive professional help to help him and that he should try to control his actions more.

Chiellini responded to the punishment as it being too severe, supported by several other people, including FIFPro. However this opinion is not shared by Hoddle, who thinks that biting is not acceptable.

Hoddle had to say “The possibility of a lifetime ban will scare him more than anything else, more than any fine, more than even this ban from the World Cup.”

This is not the first time Suarez has bitten someone – he has already done it twice before and been given severe punishments for it. He even had some help after he bit Ivanovic but that has obviously not stopped him from biting.
