Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger looks ahead to his side’s FA Cup match against Burnley.

“Overall, our number of points (in the English Premier League) in January is not good enough for what we planned. So we are in a situation where we have to quickly come back to winning habits – and so, let’s start tomorrow (against Burnley).

“I saw them (Burnley) on Monday night beating Derby 4-1 and I realised when I watched them that all these players, they have played in the (English) Premier League, you know I (Arsenal) have played against most of them. Andre Gray up front is very efficient, and you have players in there like (Joey) Barton, (Scott) Arfield, (George) Boyd, they have all played in the Premier League. They have (Sam) Vokes up front with Gray, they have players.

We know as well, from what we have learned in the Premier League, if you look at teams who come up from the Championship, it’s not like ten years ago, they compete at the right level. We have learned something this season when we went to Sheffield Wednesday in the League Cup and got quite a severe defeat (3-0 in October 2015), so we have to show that we have learned from that.”
