Bilic at the press conference brought the 18-year-old fan who had a birthday, and how this meant to him, maybe it’s best to see by watching a video.

“I am delighted because we have won three really important points. The aim of the team is to entertain people and to try to win as many points by the end of the competition. Where all this will take us, we will see,” said Bilic.

“Matthew! Matthew is our big fan and he came here as it is his 18th birthday and he was with us before the game in the dressing room. Just… we like each other, right? That’s it. There is nothing behind (it).”

“I thought they played very well and I think there are great players who I think Slaven has signed.”
