Chelsea are preparing a new, improved £40m heavier offer to land English international, and Manchester United striker, Wayne Rooney at the Stamford Bridge.
United who rejected the first offer of Chelsea, insisting that Rooney is not for sale, will be on the new test, as some new “sparks” have risen between David Moyes and Wayne Rooney. United need to consider to sell Rooney, or to keep an unhappy player in the team.
Rooney is keen to Chelsea switch, and eager to work with Jose Mourinho, who considers United striker as the only player who can improve the current Chelsea team. Mourinho said, this summer we will sign Rooney or no one.
Rooney at Chelsea would earn 230.000 euros per week, which will be enough for United striker to sign a deal with Chelsea. However, Rooney who has two years left on his current deal, judging by Man United statement would not be allowed to leave, even if he hands in a transfer request.
