Eden Hazard’s younger brother Thorgan Hazard insists his brother is happy at Chelsea and he is playing for one of the best in Europe despite Chelsea’s poor form this season.
Eden Hazard is struggling to gain last season form for Chelsea, and in recent games Jose Mourinho has test Hazard in different roles. Match against Norwich he played at number 10 position and against Tottenham Hotspurs Hazard started as a striker.
Chelsea are showing colours to bring back their season on track and Jose Mourinho has suggested Chelsea to end in the top four in the Premier League.
His younger brother who has spent time at Chelsea said Eden is more than happy at Chelsea, and is improving his individual performance. Thorgan Hazard also added his brother is playing for the best club in Europe at the moment.
Thorgan Hazard said, ‘Until now, he never said he was unhappy so I think he’s happy,’
‘He’s part of one of the best clubs in the world, he won many titles last year… this year it’s a bit more difficult but it’s football; every player, every club, goes through hard times.
‘I think he’s happy but you need to ask him, I can’t answer for him.
‘I think he already proved last year that [Mourinho] worked really well with Eden and Eden worked really well with Mourinho.
‘I know that journalists like it when it’s not going well – they are looking for problems – but I never heard there was a problem between Mourinho and Eden. If some journalists hear that there are problems, they hear it, but I never heard about it.’
