The Premier League giants , Manchester United are preparing a new €54m bid worth to Juventus for their midfielder Arturo Vidal this week.

Manchester United are looking confident in signing the Chillean midfielder from Juventus for a transfer fee of €54 million.

The Red Devils manager, Van Gaal has been monitoring the midfielder since he was the coach of Bayern Munich. The Dutchman has previously encouraged the transfer of the Chillean midfielder for a transfer fee of €56million plus Nani.

Italian media suggest that Vidal’s chances of leaving the Serie A Champions have grown after Juventus bought Alvaro Morata from Real Madrid and Pereyra from Udinese this week.

Arturo Vidal himself admits that his future at Juventus in uncertain.

“I don’t feel like my time at Juventus is over, although I can’t say more right now,” told Vidal. “When I’m back from Chile, I’ll talk to my executives and we’ll see what will happen.”

Meanwhile Juventus director admits that the Italian Champions does not want to sell their best players [ Vidal and Pogba ], but anything can happen.

“Our strategy is clear; we want to keep all our best players, including Vidal and Pogba,” he told Tuttosport. “We don’t want to sell anyone, especially Vidal.

“Certainly, if there were a high bid for them, we’d have to think about it but we don’t want to sell our champions.

“We want to be competitive in the Champions League and the only sales to be players who are not part of our plans.”

Arturo Vidal joined Juventus at summer 2011 from Bayer Leverkusen. During his spell at Turin , he made 95 appearances, scoring 28 goals.
