Yaya Toure in the 72nd minute from a penalty spot opened the scoring and helped his side in snatching all three points. Six minutes later Iheanacho on Silva’s assist makes it 2-0, while in the last attack in the game, Man City settled the final 3-0 score with Davies’ own goal. With new three points, Pep Guardiola’s men returned to the second place.
