Juventus once again disappointed this season. In the 10th round of Serie A the Bianconeri have lost the away game to Sassuolo 1:0. Decisive goal was a beautiful free kick from Nicole Sansone.
Giorgio Chiellini’s red card in the first half has made an even tougher job for Juve to comeback. So Gianluigi Buffon’s reaction after the match is not the one to be surprised about.
“We’re arguing too much with the ref. Only losers talk about the Referee, and we must not descend to that level. We carry the jersey of Juventus, I’m 38-years-old and surely this is not what I need.” said Buffon.
“This defeat was something we really wanted to avoid, since we have been doing well lately. I’m not angry at the referee, I just talked to him and I accept his decision. I am very disappointed with how we played in the first half.”
“It is unacceptable how we played in the first half, without any desire, struggle, we could not connect three passes. We were poor. As captain this hurts my soul.”
