For FIVE YEARS waited Real Madrid, spent hundreds of millions of euros on players, and the Los Blancos finally got the La Liga title.
In deciding game in Malaga, we had to wait only 100 seconds to see an opener when Cristiano Ronaldo on Isco’s stunning ball routinely rounded Malaga’s goalkeeper and scored for a 1-0 lead. It was his 40th goal of the season and the seventh season in a row in which Ronaldo managed to do so.
The Los Blancos to claim league title needed only a point, but Zinedine Zidane’s men didn’t stop, trough Benzema they scored for 2-0 and the celebration was ensured. Malaga had their chances, but in the end the Los Blancos won with 2-0 and claim the La Liga title after five years of waiting.
Real Madrid have now won more #LaLiga titles (33) than any other club in history; their first since 2011/12.
